It all started with falling in love with the Emerald Coast.  After vacationing all over the United States and abroad, we realized that we had our own little slice of paradise right here, on the Panhandle of Florida!  The beaches, the restaurants, the fishing and water sports, and oh! those crystal clear emerald waters! 

We were hooked. So we did what so many others have done and we bought a vacation home here, then another, and so on. That's when we started to notice a bit of a problem, finding a quality property manager for our investments was... let's just say "challenging".  After trying a few ourselves and speaking with numerous other property owners about their experiences, we found out that very few property owners had a good experience with property managers.  It seemed there was no one out there who cared about and respected the property owners as they should AND gave guests the exceptional level of service they expect and deserve.

So a group of property owners, all with extensive business experience, got together with the idea of building a property management company that would focus on both the needs and expectations of the property owner and provide concierge level service for the guests.  After two years of research, planning, and building out infrastructure, Beach Vacation DESTINation and BVD Property management were born!
