While the property you book will most likely offer access to the beach, Walton and Okaloosa counties both offer many other ways to enjoy the miles of sugar white sand and emerald green waters!
State Parks with beach access
A great way to lose the crowds and enjoy some pristine beach habitat is to visit one of the five State Parks in the area. Keep in mind, the further you are willing to walk in, the fewer people you'll be likely to encounter! Each park has it's own unique offerings, so be sure to check out their websites linked below.

Walton County Regional beach access
These well kept, county managed, access points include limited parking, restrooms, showers, bike racks and several are ADA accessible. Each regional beach access point also has a flag indicating current surf conditions.
